Maria Yarrow

Maria Yarrow was the tenth of the eleven known children of William Yarrow and his wife Elizabeth Wright of Little Thetford, Cambridgeshire.
She moved to London to live with her older sister Mary Owen (née Yarrow) and here she worked as a waitress at The Yorkshire Grey Tavern. She then married Owen Owen (a Welsh carpenter) and by the 1881 census the couple were living in Acton, Middlesex with their niece Sarah Yarrow (daughter of James Yarrow of Little Thetford).
