Elizabeth Miller
(1741-1780)
Elizabeth Miller (later Elizabeth Gillings or Elizabeth Gillions) was seemingly the youngest of the four children of John Miller and his wife Susan of Wrestlingworth, Bedfordshire, England.
Elizabeth was the second daughter to be given this name, with her older sister dying before her 10th birthday.
This Elizabeth married William Gillions (often spelt William Gillings) in 1763, and they settled down to become parents five times.
Sadly, their first child, Sara, died after just a few months of life. Elizabeth then died at about the age of 39 years, leaving her widower and four children - the youngest no more than 3 years old.
William re-married 3 years later, and his family added four more children.
